This is a job we undertook over in Hunningham, the clients wanted a country feel but all the modcons you would expect from any new home. Rooms with downlights, brushed steel sockets, underfloor heating and external lighting.

This was a project we undertook in Lapworth a 3 story, 5 bedroom new build with gym/cinema room in the basement. Using the very best in home automation with the latest Lutron Homework’s QS this enables lighting to be controlled via a smartphone/tablet. Heatmiser heating controls, Heat recovery system and Collingwood lighting. All upstairs bedrooms having vaulted ceilings so was a real challenge getting the right type of lighting but with the client happy with the results we managed to pull it off all finished to a high standard.
